In this 3-month program our Registered Dietitian assesses your lifestyle and promotes habits to fuel long-term success. The program includes a one-hour initial consultation and two monthly 30-minute follow up sessions for sustainable change

6 Month Nutrition Support $486
Register

This half-year program instills long-term change. Receive the initial consult and 5 monthly follow-up sessions and supporting REAL Living content. 

A high-quality wellbeing plan is a multi-faceted puzzle. While your pharmacist is here to help with medication management, our Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians can work with you to elevate your daily wellbeing habits.    

Whole Health Bundle: Nutrition & Fitness in One $270

Bundle food and fitness for optimal results. One consultation with a Registered Dietitian and one session with a Certified Personal Trainer will ensure you are on course for whole health approach to optimal lifestyle.

Tara Holy, RD

Lead Dietitian and Nutrition Support Coordinator

Tara completed her Bachelor’s degree in dietetics at Western Michigan University and has been a registered dietitian for over 10 years!

Through her experience in the traditional healthcare system Tara wished to turn her focus toward helping people build the necessary skills to eat healthfully. Her true passion is helping busy working families create a system that works to get healthy meals on the table, fast!

She is currently working on her certification in weight management through the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and working to create content for working families to build a healthy relationship around food.

In her free time, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, being active outdoors, especially running, and hosting dinner parties for friends and family to gather around food!
