Personalized Nutrition Services

Personalized nutrition focuses on your unique nutrient needs and accounts for your lifestyle and current health status. A teen athlete has different nutrient needs than a woman approaching menopause. An adult with digestive health problems has different nutritional needs than an adult with high cholesterol or blood pressure.

Scientific evidence links specific nutritional imbalances to health problems and diseases. For example, a child with ADHD may have nutrient deficiencies contributing to symptoms. By correcting these imbalances, health conditions may be improved. Most importantly, people feel better when adequately nourished, including more energy, better mental focus, improved sleep, reduced symptoms, and better quality of life.
