Andy has over 22 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. He earned a master’s degree in Health Promotion Management from Nebraska Methodist College and a bachelor’s degree in Wellness Program Management from Graceland University.
Andy is certified from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and is recognized as an Elite Personal Trainer by I.D.E.A. His passion is helping others reach their full potential through functional movement.
